Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

We want your Sneaky Elf Legs to be the funniest thing in your house this Christmas. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return, replacement or refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email support@mistletoesdecorations.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send anything back.

Changed your mind?

No problem. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. To start a return:

1. Email support@mistletoesdecorations.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with your return authorization and the return address.
3. Ship the item back with a tracked shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without authorization, or to the wrong address, can't be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different quantity or bundle is to return the original item and place a new order.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 or more days, or says delivered but you can't find your package, email us and we'll work with the carrier to find it. If it can't be located, we'll send a replacement.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but it can be returned under this policy.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and items that have been used, damaged after delivery or are missing their original packaging can't be returned.

EU customers

If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason, under the same condition requirements above.
