Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order

Thank you for shopping with Mistletoes! Every order ships free, with no minimum purchase.

Processing time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email right away, and a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

Delivery time

Destination	Estimated delivery after shipping	Cost
United States	7–12 business days	FREE
International	10–20 business days	FREE

Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during the holiday season, severe weather or carrier delays. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Holiday ordering

Want it before Christmas? We recommend ordering by December 3 for U.S. delivery. Orders placed after that date ship as quickly as possible, but we can't guarantee arrival by December 25.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. Tracking can take 2–3 business days to show the first update after your label is created. If you can't find your email, check your spam folder or contact us.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ days, your package shows delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, email support@mistletoesdecorations.com with your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
