Mistletoes respects your privacy. This page is a plain-English summary of how we handle your information. For full details, read our complete Privacy Policy.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number (if provided) and order details. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To process, ship and track your order
- To answer your questions and provide customer support
- To send order updates and, if you opt in, offers and holiday promotions
- To improve our website and prevent fraud
Who we share it with
We only share your information with trusted partners who help us run the store, such as our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, fulfillment partners and shipping carriers. We also use advertising partners (such as Meta) to show you relevant ads. Under some U.S. state laws this may count as a "sale" or "sharing" of data, and you can opt out at any time.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use our site. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. You can also request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. See Your Privacy Choices or email us.
