Orders & Shipping
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every order ships free, with no minimum.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most U.S. orders then arrive within 7–12 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
For the best chance of holiday delivery, we recommend ordering by December 3. Orders placed after that are shipped as fast as possible, but carrier delays during peak season are out of our control.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or email us with your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll take care of it.

How big are the elf legs?
About 19.7 inches long and 7.9 inches wide. Big enough to spot from across the room.
How do I put them up?
Tuck the green felt top into your tree, wreath or garland. No hooks, tools or glue needed. See our How to Use guide for styling tips.
Will they work on a real tree? A small tree?
Yes. They work on real and artificial trees, and they're light enough for smaller trees and tabletop trees too.
Can I use them outside?
They're best indoors or in covered spots like a porch. Keep them out of rain and snow so the plush stays fluffy.
What comes in the box?
One pair of elf legs per set. Our bundles let you get 2 or 3 pairs at a lower price per pair, perfect for decorating more than one room or giving as gifts.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
It's a decoration, not a toy. Display it where little hands and paws can't chew on the pom-poms.

Sorry about that! Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. No need to send anything back.
